These solutions will facilitate the company to access information in a timely manner and enable them to get hands on financial metrics for analysis and decision making, as they move towards achieving the ISO 9001/2000 certificate. With Sage Software, Insha’a Holding plans to establish a single system for the unified administration of the entire holding company with the help of Al Mulla InfoTech solutions, a subsidiary of Bader Al Mulla & Bros. Co. W.L.L, a Sage Enterprise Partner in Kuwait.

“Currently, we have on our payroll over 300 employees spread across Insha’a Holding Company head office and the four subsidiary companies. Each subsidiary of Insha’a has been using a different reporting system, which was a time-consuming task. Due to the company’s rapid expansion, it has become inevitable to have a central systems linking the subsidiaries and the head office.” said Mr. Haitham M. Al-Refaei, the Chief Operations Officer of Insha’a Holding Company.

Insha’a Holding is currently in the process of implementing Sage HRMS & Sage ERP, with licenses for 50 concurrent users and four sites, including the head office. The company also plans to have LAN, remote client and web access methods to add greater value to their investment initiatives.
